Standards are documents that help organisations with solutions for managing risk, achieving compliance and driving business improvement.

Some Standards are mandated through regulations and legislations. Others are referenced in Codes of Practice, Industry Standards, “Best Practice” documents, policies and procedures etc.

It is important you know what Standards apply to your business operation.

Australian Standard AS/NZS 3760 specifies procedures for safety inspection and testing of low voltage single and poly phase electrical appliances. These procedures are what are colloquially known as test and tagging.  This standard was recently revised and a new version 3760:2010 has been released.

To assist you, ACME Test and Tagging keeps track of any changes to AS/NZS 3760 and will advise you of any changes that may effect your business / organisation and incorporate these into our work practices.
